5. Intellectual Property

6. In-App Purchases & Payments

Some of our applications offer in-app purchases or subscription-based features. All payments are processed through the respective app store (e.g., Google Play). Refund requests are governed by the policies of the applicable app store. We are not responsible for any charges incurred through unauthorised use of your payment credentials.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vrytis Labs and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, our services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vrytis Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or third parties, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
